The fundamentals certainly look nice here, so no real critique on that end. However, technically, this retailer could start to find offers over the coming days, with the ticker approaching some critical multi-month resistance in the $28-30 area. Throw in some overbought daily technical readings and a broader bearish outlook for US equities, and I would be on the lookout for a decent reversal ahead, with the greater risk for a retreat back into the $22-24 area before any possibility for sustained gains beyond $30.
